If delivery fails on the first attempt and an additional delivery attempt is required, the customer may be responsible for any applicable redelivery fees.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delay, return, or loss of the shipment, rwocon will not be responsible for any resulting costs or compensation.

Exceptional Shipping Circumstances

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

In cases of war, major crises, or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded solely due to shipping delays caused by these circumstances.

Delays resulting from such events do not entitle customers to additional compensation.

Extended Delivery Delays

If delivery exceeds 30 business days from the date the order was placed, excluding exceptional circumstances mentioned above, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
